What are Lenticular Pak® Filters?
The Lenticular Pak® Cartridge (also known as a lenticular module) consists of stacked filter cells housed within a central core. Each cell acts like a double convex lens, comprised of two sheets of depth filter media sealed at the edges. This design maximizes surface area within a compact footprint.
Historically, depth filtration relied on open plate and frame presses, which—while effective—often suffered from leakage and labor-intensive change-outs. The Pak® format solves these issues by enclosing the media in a sealed housing, allowing for quick “lock and load” replacement and creating a cleaner, safer operating environment.
